This is my 6th year teaching English. I am a graduate of University of Arizona (Bear down!) and have a Bachelor of Arts in English Education. I love teaching and watching students grow! I coached softball for 3 years and watched our varsity team win state last spring (2011).
My husband and I just moved to Texas from Arizona in June of 2011. My husband works for IBM and loves computers! He is from Chicago, Illinois and is the reason I have a healthy obsession with the Chicago Blackhawks! My husband and I were engaged on the jumbo tron at a game where I got the pleasure of meeting Brent Seabrook and Frazier. It was pretty awesome!
I love most outdoor activities (especially hiking-I miss my AZ mountains). I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and awesome family! I have an older brother who left the Navy and now makes the big bucks as an engineer (I'm a spoiled little sister). I have an older sister who has 4 little ones that make me smile ALL the time. They are all so sweet (Jacob-6, Elijah-4, Trinity-2, and Titus-2 months). I have one other brother who has 2 little ones (Kaya-5 and Malachi-3). I am a blessed Auntie! I am the baby in my family! I grew up in Sierra Vista, AZ and am a product of a small town.
